Imagine a thick, juicy patty of dry-aged beef, freshly ground and grilled over open flame so the outside forms a deep, caramelized crust while the inside stays tender and pink. The aroma alone makes your mouth water. It's layered perfectly: • Buttery toasted brioche bun that's soft but strong enough to hold everything together • Melted aged cheddar dripping over the patty • Applewood smoked bacon for a salty crunch • Fresh crisp lettuce and vine-ripe tomato for brightness • Caramelized onions slow-cooked until sweet and jammy • A house sauce—creamy, tangy, slightly smoky When you bite into it, the juices soak slightly into the bun, the cheese stretches, and every bite hits savory, smoky, sweet, and fresh all at once. The outside has that satisfying grill char, and the inside melts in your mouth. It's messy. It's rich. It's unforgettable.

I absolutely love this soup. It is flavorful without any one ingredient being overpowering. It is so good, I ordered this when it was 90 degrees outside!! I am ordering 2 today to take home. I highly recommend it!!

Party of 4 tried different items. Food awesome. Bloody Mary/Mimosas keep us coming back on Sundays when visiting Chicago. A great start to 4 out of 4 visits, #5 happening in November!
